Big Ten Early Learning Alliance Publishes Inaugural Brief

Penn State researchers affiliated with the Child Study Center are participating in the Big Ten Early Learning Alliance. The Big Ten Early Learning Alliance brings together early childhood experts from the Big Ten’s 14 universities to advance the mission of strengthening early childhood policies and practices through science. These early learning experts have published an inaugural brief analyzing the state of early childhood education for the nearly six million young children who live in conference states.
